How long have you been in business?
I have been in the Real Estate business since 1986, as a Principal Broker since 1990 and owner of a Brokerage since 2000. I formed NW Oregon Realty Group Silverton office in January of 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
My office specializes in residential, commercial property acquisitions and sales.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The varieties of the needs and desires of a client when it comes to completing a real estate sale. Whether a 1st time buyer or a sophisticated investor, acting as a facilitator in the achievement of those goals gives me a great sense of satisfaction. That is not only my mission but the mission of my company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Extremely knowledgeable of our local market. We know what is happening in the sales arena and know the inventory.We typically have an approximate 65-70% market share in Silverton.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our one and only is here in Silverton.

From Salem toward Silverton. We are located in the center of the Historic District at 119 N Water St (corner of Oak and Water). From Portland on 1-5-East at the Woodburn Exit--from Oregon City on Hwy 213 South.

I am the Owner/Principal Broker of the Silverton Office
What are your hours of operation?
As in any real estate office our hours vary. However, our actual physical office hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Mon/Fri, and 11:00 to 4:00 on Sat/Sun
