How long have you been in business?
We have been in the Travel Industry since 1994 and are a preferred member of CLIA, Cruise Line International Association. We are an accredited member of the BBB, Better Business Bureau.
What is your primary product or service?
We are exceptional travel planners, whether you wish to travel by sea, air, or land we have the years of experience of traveling ourselves and of sending many discerning clients on the journey of a lifetime!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have traveled the world for over 25 years and have visited over 120 countries. Becoming the Owner and Senior Travel Planner for Cruise Headquarters was a natural fit.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer the absolute best in customer service. Whatever your budget and where ever you would like to go, we can get you there safely and with the least amount of stress. We take our clients needs very seriously and will do whatever it takes to make their getaway a memorable one.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations currently and will expand as and when necessary to provide our clients with ease of access and caring travel.

Please call first when you are going to be in Salem, OR, drive to SE Commercial St. SE., a main thoroughfare, and
we are located at 4676 Commercial St. SE. Or, you may make an appointment and we will meet you in Aumsville, OR, just a few miles east of Salem, off of Highway 22.

We accept credit and/or debit cards, and do have layaway plans available.

We have clients all over the world and have built quite the amazing vendor relationships as wll.

What are your hours of operation?
Our general hours of operation are M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will gladly make appointments and meet with clients after hours and on weekends if necessary.
