Permanent cosmetic makeup tattoos including permanent eyeliner, eyebrows, and lips. We also offer skin needling - a revolutionary wrinkle reducing treatment that is amazing, affordable, and has long lasting results. We are also experts at scar camouflage and hair simulation for thinning areas, scars in areas with beard growth, and hair transplant scars, as well as providing superior tattooing post breast surgery with results that look real - even up close.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First, we are not a production shop. This means we focus on excellence and the highest quality service possible, and not on producing a high volume of work on any single day. We never skimp on time or topical anesthetics, and are committed to offering superior results at a very fair price. In addition, we do a great deal of repair work, medical tattooing for post-breast surgery patients, and scar camouflage with amazing results that few others can replicate.

We are located at 3530 Liberty Road, Salem, Or 97302 in the lower level of the Zeeba Salon building. We are on the corner of Liberty Road and Madrona - directly across from the Salem Heights Hall, and kitty corner to Salem Heights School. Users of GPS beware - you may end up on the north end of town when using GPS.
